   Pepperhill teachers are early childhood professionals. Important qualifications are: certification, character, personality, loyalty, and Judeo-Christian values. Because teachers have a strong influence on a student's life, we do our best to employ staff with sound physical, social, and spiritual priorities. It is extremely important to us for our staff to have a warm, positive, unselfish, leading attitude. Pepperhill is a state licensed day school. All staff must meet continuing education and health requirements as well as a conviction records check.
