Staff!

Directors:
The administrative staff plans and evaluates the camp program. During the camp season, directors supervise staff, work with individual children, and provide a communication link between camp and home.
Counselors:
Our staff is the key to the success of Pepperhill School and Camps. The requirements are tough, because we believe there is no more important job than teaching and guiding children. Staff is selected on the basis of positive attitude, high ideals, leadership ability, and the skill to instruct one of the camp activities. Each staff member is required to attend a comprehensive camp orientation and training. Our staff is recruited from college campuses and some are "homegrown," being former campers who have progressed through our training program.
Counselors-In-Training:
This program is open to qualified and recommended 15, 16, 17 year-olds who are interested in becoming a Pepperhill Counselor some day. A C.I.T. is a volunteer internship position, with the potential for being hired as a counselor upon completion.
